General Terms
1.1 Parties to the Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between the tk17 platform ("Company", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). tk17 is an online gaming platform that provides entertainment gaming services to users in Bangladesh.
1.2 Scope of Terms
These terms and conditions apply in full to the tk17 website, mobile application, and any related services. They take effect from the moment you access our site. These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form a complete legal framework.
1.3 Language and Interpretation
The primary language of this Agreement is Bengali. If a translation into another language is provided, the Bengali version shall be considered final. In the event of any ambiguity in the interpretation of any clause, tk17's interpretation shall prevail.
Account Registration
2.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual may operate only one tk17 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all such accounts may be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
You are required to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms. This includes:
- Full name (as per your National ID card)
- Correct date of birth
- Valid contact details (email and phone number)
- Correct payment account details
tk17 may request additional documents at any time during the identity verification process.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Avoid sharing your login details with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Age Restrictions
3.1 Minimum Age Requirement
tk17 is a gaming platform for users aged 21 and above (twenty-one years or older) only. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from using this platform. By providing your date of birth at registration, you automatically confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Age Verification
tk17 may request the following documents at any time to verify age and identity:
- National ID Card (NID)
- Passport
- Driving License
- Birth Registration Certificate
Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Limits and Methods
Funds can currently be deposited on tk17 using the following methods:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (three hundred taka) — applicable for each method. There is no set maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large amounts.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit
- The account must be fully verified
- Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met
- tk17 reserves the right to investigate withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected
4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited
You may only conduct transactions using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus can be received only once and will be automatically credited to the account after the first successful deposit.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active
- Each bonus has a set validity period — expired bonuses will be forfeited
- tk17 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected
- Multiple members of the same household cannot claim bonuses from the same device or network
5.3 VIP Program
tk17's VIP program has three tiers, with weekly cashback offered at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
There is an opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. The detailed terms for VIP benefits and cashback are set by tk17 and may be changed at any time.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Guarantee
tk17 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment across all games. The games offered on our platform are operated using software from recognised game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others).
6.2 Game Results
All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. It is not possible to predetermine the outcome of any game and each round is completely independent. If a game is voided due to a technical issue or error, the funds wagered in that round will be refunded.
6.3 Software and Connectivity Issues
In cases where a game is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection or a device issue, tk17 will make a decision in accordance with its set policy. The data recorded on our servers will be considered final. tk17 is not responsible for financial losses caused by connectivity issues.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 Fraudulent Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, may result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds:
- Bonus abuse or system exploitation
- Collusive betting or team play
- Use of bots or automated software
- Operating multiple accounts
- Attempting to hack or manipulate game software
- Money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Chargeback fraud
7.2 Permitted Use Limits
tk17 is a platform intended for personal entertainment purposes. Reselling gaming services for commercial purposes or placing bets on behalf of others is prohibited. Unauthorised use of our platform's content, trademarks, or intellectual property is punishable by law.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 tk17's Rights
tk17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of terms and conditions
- Fraudulent activity or suspicion thereof
- Provision of false information
- Failure to complete account verification
- Account inactive for an extended period
- Legal or regulatory reasons
8.2 Account Closure at User's Request
You may request closure of your account at any time via our 24/7 live chat support or by email ([email protected]). It is possible to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed, however compliance with the terms and conditions is mandatory.
8.3 Inactive Account Policy
An account will be marked as inactive if there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A monthly maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts. The relevant member will be notified by email.
